Everest Poker’s target audience is mostly people learning to play poker for the first time, making it an ideal place to rebuild a bankroll. No Limit stakes start at $0.10 - $0.10, and you can progress up to the highest stake of $50 - $50. Most players are satisfied with this range of buy-ins, and those that prefer to play higher should consider alternate online poker rooms. Oh yeah, and you might wonder why I listed the No Limit stakes the way I did. The no-limit stakes are listed as the same number two times, but it’s really just the amount of the big blind. The small blind is then half either of the numbers (since they’re both the same). I thought you should know that before you make the download and spend half your night being confused.

As with all sites, there are still a few downsides. For example, Everest offers just Holdem or Omaha which is disappointing because most online rooms have the option to play at least Stud. Also, unless you have a newer computer, you may find yourself getting irritated as the software eats up more memory than a Full Tilt download. But overall you will see that the pros outweigh the cons on Everest.com.
